Contact form submissions are stored securely in encrypted databases with access restricted to Cenphix team members. We retain enquiry data for a maximum of three years. Engagement data is held for the duration of the engagement plus two years unless otherwise agreed.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation enabled. You may opt out of analytics tracking via the cookie consent control on this site.

We use essential cookies (required for the site to function) and analytical cookies (Google Analytics, subject to consent). We do not use advertising cookies on the marketing website. You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie preferences control in the site footer.
