When you contact us through our website, we collect the information you provide. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, company or business name, message, phone or WhatsApp number, city, business stage, proposed advertising budget, store or social link, contact permissions, and campaign-attribution information supplied in the page URL. We do not store raw IP metadata with contact submissions. To prevent abuse, the form temporarily stores a one-way identifier created from the request address; expired rate-limit entries are removed when the limiter next runs.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, assess the requested service, manage follow-up, deliver contracted services, measure campaign outcomes where permitted, and improve our offerings. We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share only what is needed with service providers used to operate the enquiry process, such as secure database hosting, Google Sheets for restricted lead management, transactional email, scheduling, analytics, or advertising measurement providers when configured and permitted.

Contact form submissions are stored securely in encrypted databases with access restricted to Cenphix team members. We retain enquiry data for a maximum of three years. Engagement data is held for the duration of the engagement plus two years unless otherwise agreed.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website and to measure enquiries. GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation enabled. This tracking loads when you visit the site.

We use essential cookies required for the site to function, analytical cookies through Google Analytics, and advertising measurement cookies through Meta Pixel. You can restrict or clear cookies using your browser settings.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by Cenphix. To make such a request, contact us at hello@cenphix.com. We will respond within 30 days.
