Website Design & Development
A website that converts serious buyers, not just visitors.
The problem
Most business websites share the same problem: they were built to look good in a Behance screenshot, not to convert a decision-maker at 10pm. The navigation is unclear. The value proposition is buried. The mobile experience is broken. The page speed score is 34. And the agency that built it is no longer answering calls.
We build websites differently. Every decision — layout, copy hierarchy, page speed, CTA placement — is made against one question: does this move a qualified buyer closer to contacting us?
Our approach.
Discovery before design
Every website project starts with a discovery phase, and we do not skip it even when the client arrives with a clear brief. Discovery covers three things: who the site needs to convince (the actual decision-maker, not a generic persona), what that person needs to see before they will make contact, and what the current site is doing that gets in the way.
We audit the existing site's analytics where they exist — which pages get traffic, where visitors exit, what the current enquiry path looks like. We review the three or four competitors a buyer is most likely to compare you against. The output is a one-page strategy document that every later design decision is checked against. If a proposed page or section cannot be justified against that document, it does not go in the sitemap.
Copy and structure come before visuals
Websites fail far more often on structure and copy than on aesthetics. So we sequence the work deliberately: sitemap first, then wireframes with real draft copy, then visual design. You will never review a beautiful mockup filled with lorem ipsum, because approving a layout without knowing what it says is how websites end up with a hero section that looks impressive and communicates nothing.
Each page gets a defined job — the homepage qualifies and routes, service pages convince, the contact page removes friction — and the copy hierarchy on each page is built around the questions a buyer actually asks, in the order they ask them.
Built for the next five years, not the next launch
We develop in Next.js with a component-based structure, which means the site stays fast, secure, and maintainable long after handover. There are no plugin licences to renew, no monthly security patches to babysit, and no vendor lock-in: the codebase is standard, documented, and transferable to any competent developer.
Performance is treated as a launch requirement, not an afterthought. Images are served in modern formats at the right sizes, code is split per page, and Core Web Vitals are measured on real mobile hardware before we call the build done.
What handover actually includes
At launch you receive the full codebase and repository access, CMS credentials and a recorded walkthrough of how to edit every content type, an analytics setup that is verified to be recording (not just installed), and a technical documentation page covering hosting, domains, and deployment. The 30-day post-launch window covers bug fixes and small adjustments at no charge, and we remain available afterwards on a retainer or ad-hoc basis — but the site is genuinely yours, and nothing about the build requires us to stay involved.
Deliverables.
Strategy and wireframes
Before any design, we map the buyer journey and define the information architecture. Every page has a job to do. We define what that job is before we build.
UI design (Figma)
Full desktop and mobile designs in Figma before development begins. Two rounds of revisions included. You approve the designs before a single line of code is written.
Next.js development
We build in Next.js — server-rendered, fast, and SEO-friendly by default. Not WordPress. Not Wix. Code you can hand to any competent developer in five years.
CMS integration
Your team should be able to update the site without a developer. We connect a headless CMS (Sanity or similar) so your content team has full control.
Performance optimisation
We target a Lighthouse score of 90+ on mobile before launch. Image optimisation, code splitting, and Core Web Vitals compliance are built into our process.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console configured and verified. You have data from day one.

Pricing
Every engagement is scoped to the account. What you pay depends on the number of markets, products and campaigns in play, and on how much needs rebuilding before we start. You get a number on the first call, in writing, before you commit to anything.

No. We build in Next.js. WordPress is the most attacked CMS on the internet, requires constant plugin maintenance, and has poor default performance. Next.js gives you faster pages, better SEO, and a codebase that does not decay.
A standard marketing website takes eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch. E-commerce builds take twelve to sixteen weeks. Rush timelines are possible — ask about availability when you enquire.
Yes. Most of our website projects are redesigns, not greenfield builds. We audit your current site before scoping the work.
We write copy as part of most projects. If you have a copywriter, we can work with their output. If you want to write your own copy, we provide a content brief for each page.
We offer a 30-day post-launch support period at no charge. After that, we offer a monthly retainer for updates and maintenance, or you can take the site fully in-house.
Yes. Technical SEO is built into our process by default. On-page SEO (meta tags, structured data, sitemap, robots.txt) is part of every launch. We do not charge extra for it.
