Social Media Management
Content that builds an audience worth selling to.
The problem
Most businesses approach social media in one of two ways: posting inconsistently and hoping for the best, or paying an agency a monthly retainer to schedule generic quote graphics.
Neither builds an audience that converts. Social media that drives revenue has a point of view. It is specific enough to attract the right follower and repel the wrong one. It builds trust before there is a reason to buy. And it is built around a content system — not a calendar of random posts.
Our approach.
The onboarding audit
Before any content is produced, we audit what you already have. The audit covers your last 90 days of posts (what was published, what performed, what earned nothing), your profile setup (bio clarity, link destination, highlights), your audience composition (real followers versus dead weight), and the two or three competitors whose social presence is genuinely working — with an analysis of why.
The audit produces a findings document that becomes the argument for the content strategy. If a format is failing, we show the numbers. If your bio is costing you profile-visit conversions, we show the before and after. Nothing is changed on gut feel.
Content pillars, not a content calendar
A calendar tells you when to post. Pillars tell you why. We define three to five content pillars for your brand — each tied to a business objective, not an engagement metric. A typical mix: proof content (case results, client outcomes, process breakdowns), point-of-view content (opinions your competitors are too cautious to publish), and demand content (posts that speak directly to the problem you solve).
Every post produced maps to a pillar, and every pillar is reviewed quarterly against the numbers. Pillars that generate enquiries get more of the calendar. Pillars that only generate likes get cut.
Production standards
All content is designed and written in-house against your brand system — typography, colour, and tone consistent with your website and sales materials, because a buyer who checks your Instagram after your proposal should see the same company. Copy goes through a two-stage review (writer, then editor) before it reaches you for approval.
You approve content in monthly batches through a shared review board where you can comment on individual posts. Approved posts are scheduled; rejected posts are reworked within two business days. Nothing is ever published without sign-off.
What the monthly report contains
The monthly reporting pack covers four layers: reach and impressions (are we getting seen), engagement rate by format (what content is working), audience growth and composition (are we attracting the right people), and — the layer most agencies omit — enquiries and profile-to-website traffic attributable to organic social.
Each report ends with three decisions for the following month: what we will do more of, what we will stop, and what we will test. A report that does not change the next month's plan is a receipt, not a report.
Deliverables.
Content strategy
Platform selection, content pillars, posting frequency, and audience targeting strategy. Built around your business goals, not vanity metrics.
Monthly content creation
Twelve to twenty posts per month per platform, designed and copy-written in-house. No stock photo defaults. Every post earns its place in the feed.
Community management
DM management, comment responses, and proactive engagement. Your audience feels heard. Response time under four hours during business hours.
Monthly performance report
Reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and — where trackable — leads and conversions attributable to organic social. The number we care about most is enquiries generated.

Pricing
Every engagement is scoped to the account. What you pay depends on the number of markets, products and campaigns in play, and on how much needs rebuilding before we start. You get a number on the first call, in writing, before you commit to anything.

TikTok management is available as an add-on. It is handled by a separate team with video production capability. TikTok requires a different content approach and is scoped as its own engagement.
Organic social management and paid social advertising are separate services at Cenphix. We can manage both, but they are quoted and managed separately to avoid budget confusion.
You do. We deliver a full month of content for approval before the first post goes live. Nothing is published without your sign-off.
We have a clear escalation protocol. We handle routine moderation. Anything sensitive is escalated to your team within one hour with a recommended response.
We assess your existing content in the onboarding audit. If there are elements worth keeping, we keep them. If the current style is hurting your account, we recommend a visual refresh.
Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook are our primary platforms. Twitter/X and YouTube are available as add-ons. We do not spread every account thinly across all platforms — we recommend the one or two that will drive the most impact for your specific business.
About two hours: one 30-minute planning call, batch content approval through the review board, and occasional raw material — photos from a project, a talking point from the founder, news worth sharing. Brands whose teams contribute raw material consistently outperform those that leave everything to the agency, and we make contributing as low-effort as possible.
Expect the first attributable enquiries within two to three months, with compounding results after that as the content library and audience grow. Organic social is a trust-building channel, not a demand-capture channel — if you need leads this month, paid advertising is the right tool and we will say so.
