Meta Ads Management

Meta ads that return more than they cost, consistently.

The problem

Meta advertising is the most powerful customer acquisition channel for consumer-facing businesses — and the most abused. The platforms are designed to spend your money, not return it. Broad audiences, automated campaign types, and over-reliance on Meta's algorithm are the default path — and the default path produces a 1.2× ROAS.

The accounts we inherit are usually a version of the same problem: too many campaigns, too broad an audience, no clear creative testing framework, and attribution that has not been verified since the iOS 14 update. We fix all of this before we touch the budget.

How we work

Our approach.

What the account audit actually covers

The audit is a structured review of six areas, delivered as a written findings document. Account structure: how many campaigns exist, whether they compete with each other in the auction, and whether budget is concentrated where the results are. Audiences: overlap between ad sets, exclusion hygiene, and whether retargeting pools are actually populated. Creative: performance by format and angle over the trailing 90 days, and how quickly creative is fatiguing. Attribution: whether the Pixel and Conversions API are firing correctly, deduplicating properly, and matching your actual sales data. Settings: attribution windows, placements, and bidding choices that silently shape results. Spend history: where the money went and what it returned.

Every finding comes with a severity rating and a recommended fix, so the rebuild plan is an argument you can follow, not a leap of faith.

How creative testing works

Creative is the largest performance lever on Meta — bigger than audience or bid strategy — so testing it is structured, not improvised. We test one variable at a time: hook, format, angle, or offer framing. Each test has a defined budget, a minimum run time, and a decision rule agreed in advance, which prevents the two most common testing failures: killing ads too early and letting losers run on hope.

Winning creative is documented in a learnings log — which hooks, which formats, which angles — so the account gets smarter every month instead of starting every brief from zero.

What the monthly reporting pack contains

The monthly report is built to answer three questions: what happened, why, and what changes next. It contains spend, revenue, and ROAS against target; CPM, CTR, and CPA trends with commentary on what moved them; creative performance ranked by result, not by impressions; the status of every active test; and a reconciliation of Meta-reported conversions against your actual sales data, so the number you see is the number your bank account sees.

The final page is always the plan for the next month — the tests queued, the budget allocation, and anything we need from you.

How scaling decisions are made

Scaling on Meta fails when budget rises faster than the account's proven capacity. Our rule is simple: budget follows evidence. A campaign earns a budget increase by holding its CPA or ROAS target across a full learning-stable week — and increases are staged, not doubled overnight, because sudden jumps reset learning and burn the gains.

When performance dips, we diagnose before we react: creative fatigue, audience saturation, and seasonality look identical on a dashboard but require opposite responses. This discipline is why our accounts scale without the boom-and-bust pattern that defines most Meta advertising.

What you get

Deliverables.

01

Full account audit

We review your existing account structure, campaign settings, audience definitions, creative performance, and attribution setup before making any changes.

02

Account restructure

We rebuild the campaign architecture around a clear funnel: cold traffic, warm traffic, and retargeting — each with appropriate objectives, audiences, and budgets.

03

Creative strategy and briefs

We define the creative angles to test, write the copy, and brief the creative team. We test systematically — one variable at a time — so we know what works and why.

04

Weekly optimisation

Budget reallocation, audience pruning, creative rotation, and bid adjustments every week. Not monthly. Not when we remember to log in.

05

Attribution setup

Meta Pixel verification, Conversions API integration, and UTM parameter structure set up correctly. We verify that the numbers we report match your actual sales data.

06

Monthly performance report

ROAS, CPM, CTR, CPA, and revenue — with commentary on what changed, what we learned, and what we are testing next.
