Case Study

Zero to 4M MRR in 4 Months — D2C Food Brand

Launching a new D2C food brand with no existing audience, no brand identity, and a 90-day window to profitability.

01

Where they were

Day zero. No website, no brand identity, no audience. A product ready to ship and a 90-day window to reach profitability before funding ran out. Most agencies would have said they needed six months minimum. We said we needed twelve weeks.

02

What we built first

We built the complete brand identity and e-commerce website in three weeks — running design and development in parallel rather than in sequence. The brand was positioned around a specific quality claim that could be verified by the buyer on first use.

03

The launch strategy

We launched a content seeding campaign on Instagram and TikTok two weeks before the paid media budget was activated — building an audience of 8,000 followers before the first ad ran. This gave Meta an engaged custom audience to retarget from day one of the paid campaign.

04

What happened

By month two, organic reach was already generating consistent revenue. By month four, paid ads were running at 3.8× ROAS and monthly revenue had hit the 4M target. The brand broke even on total investment — brand, website, and ad management — in month five.
